植物機能工学講座の「オオムギにおけるホルダチン類の新規生合成酵素の発見」がThe Plant Journal誌に掲載されました。

オオムギにおける抗菌性二次代謝産物「ホルダチン類」の立体特異的生合成反応を触媒する新規ラッカーゼを発見しました。本成果は、2023年5月26日付で英国植物科学専門誌「The Plant Journal」オンライン版に掲載されました。大学からもプレスリリースしました。
